Easy to get ahold of. Kathleen made a bad situation calm with her knowledge and professionalism.

Great people here, Kathy Curran was nothing but helpful through this whole thing, they truly care about your case, because of them I don’t have to fight to see my children anymore, they represent fathers when no one else wants to.

Without the help of Sterling I would still be fighting to see my children, they truly represent the fathers that no one else sees

The mediation process requires a great deal of knowledge for the parties involved. I needed to ask a lot of questions and didn't always know what to ask so didn't feel confident through the process. I would suggest making it standard practice for the mediator to meet individually with both parties to better understand the relationship dynamics rather than letting the strongest voice lead the process.
