Very professional and reassuring to trust with a difficult situation. Felt like my voice was heard

I am a very hands on person. As someone in business all my life, I expect weekly or bi-weekly updates. I expressed this early on, or maybe I wasn’t as clear as I thought.

Cassie was so wonderful to speak with. Very kind, understanding and patient with me. She did an excellent job of explaining the first steps with me and then she followed up to check in on me. I was astounded at the caring and empathy!

Ryan was very helpful during this process, She made it very easy to get things accomplished during this difficult time for me. I enjoyed meeting with Danielle Kasper. She was very helpful and knowledgeable with filling out the Illinois affidavit. I was so relieved when that was completed. Thank you Sterling Law for your advice and guidance Greatly appreciated !
